NIGTT respects your privacy. This policy explains the information we collect when you visit our website, sign in, submit a membership application, make a payment submission or contact us.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, verified email address, Google account identifier, mobile number, residential address, emergency-contact details, selected plan and destination, traveller details, the last four digits of travel identification, transaction reference and payment-proof image. We may also collect basic website-usage information needed for security and service improvement.

Google Sign-In information

When you choose Continue with Google, Google confirms your identity and provides basic profile information such as your name, email address and a stable account identifier. NIGTT does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive, contacts or Google password.

How we use information

We use information to identify applicants, process and review membership requests, verify submitted payments, coordinate travel, communicate service updates, prevent misuse, provide customer support and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations.

Sharing and service providers

Information is shared only when reasonably required to provide the requested service, for example with airlines, hotels, transport operators, payment and technology providers, or when required by law. NIGTT does not sell customer personal information.

Storage and security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Payment screenshots and application records are access-controlled. Customers should never send passwords, OTPs, card PINs or internet-banking credentials to NIGTT.

Retention and your choices

We retain application, payment and booking records for as long as reasonably needed for service, dispute resolution and legal or accounting requirements. You may ask us to correct inaccurate information or request deletion where retention is not legally or operationally required.
