Website & Membership Terms

These terms govern use of the NIGTT website and the submission of a travel-membership application. The brochure, confirmed itinerary, member agreement and applicable supplier rules also form part of the final booking conditions.

Accounts and accurate information

Applicants must provide accurate information for both travellers. Names and identification details must match the documents used for booking. A customer is responsible for activity completed through their verified account.

Application and membership activation

Submitting a form or payment proof does not by itself activate membership. Membership begins only after NIGTT verifies the payment, accepts the application and marks it approved. NIGTT may request clarification or supporting information before approval.

Official payments

Payments must be made only through the official payment step displayed on this website. Customers must confirm the recipient details before paying. Payments made to an unauthorised person, account or method will not activate membership.

Travel and availability

Flights, hotel rooms, transport, travel slots and experiences remain subject to capacity, supplier availability, completed payments, timely document submission and final confirmation. Reasonably comparable alternatives may be arranged where an advertised supplier becomes unavailable.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Member-requested changes may carry the actual airline, hotel, transfer or other supplier charges. Any refundable balance will be calculated after applicable documented deductions. Weather, government action, supplier disruption and similar events may require rescheduling, replacement, credit or an applicable refund under supplier rules.

Customer responsibilities

Travellers must hold valid identification, report on time, follow airline, hotel and baggage rules, and disclose information reasonably required for safe travel. Personal expenses, unlisted meals, upgrades, damages and optional purchases are excluded unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Website use

Users must not misuse the website, submit false payment evidence, interfere with security, impersonate another person or attempt unauthorised access. NIGTT may suspend access while suspected misuse is reviewed.
